From meeting notes to a checked draft
An agent turns notes into a draft you can review. Socra’s Drive keeps the source and saved result together.
Executed October 17, 2026. The meeting is fictional; the Drive operations and downloaded files are real.
The job: turn saved notes into an action summary someone can review, keeping decisions, owners and unanswered questions intact.
The input
Fictional meeting notes for an executed Drive example
We agreed to publish a short project update on Friday. Open with decisions, then open questions. Sam will supply the launch date; Lee will check the wording. Keep a draft for review. The launch date is not confirmed. Nobody has been asked to schedule or send anything yet.
The saved result
Action summary — draft for review

Open question
What is the launch date? Sam will supply it; it is not yet confirmed.
Review
Lee will check the wording. Keep this draft for review.
Scheduling and sending have not been requested.
What happened
A local Codex agent used an existing personal Socra Account session and the Drive CLI. It created a disposable Drive, uploaded the notes, downloaded and read them, then drafted and saved the summary. Downloading the saved draft confirmed that its bytes matched the local output.
A separate reviewer caught one omission: the first draft said no message had been sent, but lost the instruction that sending had not been requested. The agent corrected it, checked the current version and saved a new version. Both versions remained in Drive's history. The corrected download matched all 365 bytes of the reviewed draft.
The result keeps Friday as the publication target, Sam as the source of the unconfirmed launch date, Lee as the wording reviewer, and scheduling and sending outside the requested work. The disposable Drive was moved to recoverable trash after verification.
Try it with your own work
Use an agent with Drive CLI access and permission to read and write your files. Follow the Drive setup guide. As of October 17, 2026, Workspace costs $20 per person per month, including all apps and $20 in monthly usage credit, with no trial. Your AI provider’s costs are separate; an existing local agent adds no managed Agent charge.
Replace [my notes file] with a file your agent can access.
Read [my notes file] in Drive. Save a draft action summary alongside it, preserving decisions, owners, unknowns and what I have authorized. Download the saved result and check it against the notes. Do not schedule or send anything.
Drive stores the working files; the agent does the drafting and checking. This example used one personal identity. It does not demonstrate another person's access, managed Agent execution, scheduled work or message delivery.
